ECM Selection is seeking a Lead / Senior Software Engineer a few miles south of Cambridge. The role reports to the CIO, focusing on improving user experience with modern technologies in a not-for-profit setting.

The fixed 24-month contract offers hybrid work (2 days in office) and a range of benefits including medical insurance and enhanced pension contributions. Strong leadership and full-stack capability are essential.

Formación

• Demonstrable commercial experience as a senior or lead software engineer working on modern websites or digital platforms.
• Front-end architectures with React/Next.js; back-end Python/Django desirable.
• Experience with Headless CMS, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based secure platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small team, reporting to the CIO, and improve user experience across the platform.
• Build and maintain modern web applications using React/Next.js and Python/Django where appropriate.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
