Farmfield Hospital in Charlwood is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our new MSU service. You will lead group therapy, build rapport with adult service users, and manage a caseload with assessments, planning, interventions, and outcome evaluation within a forensic mental health context.

You'll operate within a multidisciplinary team at Farmfield Hospital, supported by regional colleagues and ongoing training to help you reach career goals.

Formación

• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience managing a caseload involving assessment and treatment of dysphagia.
• Experience working with families.
• Evidence of continuing Professional Development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead group therapeutic sessions for service users.
• Build one-to-one rapport to encourage engagement and recovery.
• Manage a designated caseload with assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes.
