Farmfield Hospital in Surrey is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will manage a complex caseload for adult men 18+ with forensic backgrounds and enduring mental health needs, delivering evidence-based and person-centered interventions to enhance self-maintenance, productivity and leisure.
You’ll lead a MDT, coordinate treatment plans, ensure accurate records, and support staff development while working within a network of healthcare professionals and accessing CPD
Competenze
- Qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- At least 3 years post-qualifying experience.
- Experience in psychometrics and risk assessment tools.
- Ability to work therapeutically and develop insight in complex needs.
- Experience supervising junior staff.
- Full and clean UK driving licence.

- Join a multidisciplinary team and encourage engagement in care pathway.
- Lead and coordinate implementation of individual OT treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records of rehabilitation/progress.
- Supervise junior staff and support clinical team training.
- Respond to referrals, assess patients, and plan/group interventions.
- Develop living skills, rehabilitation, and educational opportunities/therapies.
