Job summary

HotelCare in Oxford is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping team and ensure impeccable room cleanliness across guest areas, working closely with the Head Housekeeper. You will help maintain high standards and drive efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and a flexible approach to shift patterns, including some weekends, with on-site training and progression opportunities within HotelCare.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically housekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Working in fast paced high energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.
• Organising staff rotas.
• Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
• Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
• Meeting daily targets.
• Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
