Responsibilities

• Lead and support adviser team to achieve business and client service objectives.
• Embed clear processes and performance management to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, marketing and product teams.
• Oversee client service quality, retention and compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop financial advisers.
• Monitor performance, market trends, and client needs to identify improvements.
• Present performance and operational reporting to senior management with recommendations.
