North Oak Recruitment is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager for a Leicester-based role in a prestigious wealth management firm. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio in collaboration with Wealth Management Consultants, ensuring client needs are met and meetings are well-prepared.

The role requires strong financial services knowledge, 4-5 years experience, and outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of financial services including investments, pensions and estate planning.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive management of client affairs in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Organised with the ability to prioritise workload and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team in an open office.
• Honest and resilient with a focus on resolving issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with consultants to support and ensure clients' needs are met.
• Prepare work for client meetings.
• Attend client meetings and take meeting notes (on/off site).
• Coordinate action points from meetings and complete required work.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email.
• Research and collate information related to advised strategies.
• Liaise with external providers on client queries.
• Request illustrations for new and existing business.
• Process new business in line with compliant procedures.
• Update client records and electronic folders.
• Use cashflow modelling software to aid wealth management.
