Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support the adviser team to ensure strong performance and client service objectives.
• Embed clear processes and performance management across the function to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, marketing and product teams to stay within regulatory requirements.
• Oversee client service quality, ensure strong client outcomes, retention, and professionalism.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop financial advisers to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor performance, workflow and market trends to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management with recommendations for growth and compliance.
