Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team in a pivotal role. You will oversee all scheduled reporting, drive new reporting frameworks and dashboards, and champion improvements to data quality and efficiency.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA accreditation, advanced Excel skills, strong analysis and stakeholder management, plus minimum three years of team leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver accurate financial and KPI reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience presenting data to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Track record of improving reporting processes and efficiency.
• Ability to coach and develop analysts and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, maintenance and enhancement of financial and KPI reporting across Finance Shared Services.
• Oversee the reporting schedule for the Finance Analyst team, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop insightful dashboards, reports and analytical outputs to drive business performance.
• Own and deliver the team's continuous improvement roadmap with high standards.
• Support, coach and develop Finance Analysts to help them reach their potential.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
