Job summary

Cambourne Village College is seeking a dedicated Family Help and Targeted Support Coordinator to lead Early Help and targeted family support within our Inclusion, Year and Safeguarding Teams. You will work to improve outcomes for students and families, coordinating interventions with staff and external agencies.

• Experience working with children, young people and families.
