Responsibilities

• Lead Early Help and targeted family support provision, coordinating timely interventions and coordinated support.
• Complete and manage Early Help Assessments (EHAs) and coordinate Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings.
• Act as Lead Professional where appropriate to ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
• Manage a varied caseload and work effectively with a range of agencies and professionals.
• Build positive, trusting relationships while keeping the welfare of children at the heart of everything you do.
