Job summary

Cambourne Village College is seeking a dedicated Family Help and Targeted Support Coordinator to work within our Inclusion, Year and Safeguarding Teams. You will lead Early Help and targeted family support, complete EHAs, coordinate TAF meetings, and act as Lead Professional to ensure families receive the right support at the right time.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, collaboration with families and schools, and improving attendance, wellbeing and educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, young people and families.
• Strong safeguarding and child protection understanding.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work with various agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Early Help Assessments (EHAs) and targeted family support.
• Coordinate Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings and act as Lead Professional where appropriate.
• Ensure timely, coordinated support for families and improve educational wellbeing.
