Job summary

ScaleX™ Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing specialist contractor to recruit a Site Manager for high-rise remediation projects in London. The role requires delivering façade remediation, cladding replacement and fire-safety works within occupied residential buildings, with residents in situ.

You will lead subcontractors and the wider site delivery team, manage safety, access and disruption, and maintain clear communication with residents and stakeholders while ensuring quality,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering remediation works in occupied buildings.
• Proven ability to manage safety, access and disruption in live environments.
• Strong reporting, documentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage façade remediation, cladding replacement and fire-safety works.
• Lead subcontractors and site-delivery team.
• Ensure works in occupied buildings meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain RAMS, programme progress and QA documentation.
• Coordinate with building control, fire engineers, and client teams.
