Job summary

Arte Construction in the London area is seeking a Project Manager for on-site leadership of cladding, façade remediation, refurbishment and new build projects from planning through to completion.

You will coordinate schedules, manage subcontractors and suppliers, supervise site activities, monitor milestones, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance while maintaining clear status updates for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and approvals.
• Knowledge of logistics management for construction, including supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with inspection processes, quality control, and building regulations and fire safety standards.
• Proven experience managing construction or façade remediation projects in the UK.
• Ability to lead on-site multidisciplinary teams and build relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with focus on safety and quality.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with construction management software is an advantage.
• Chartered status or equivalent accreditation is beneficial.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and willingness to be based on-site in the London Area.
