Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland seeks an experienced Extra Works Manager to lead and deliver building services-related extra works across the client portfolio. You will drive budgets, programmes and project controls, ensuring CDM compliance and safe delivery on site.

The role requires strong cost control, procurement coordination and contractor oversight to meet client expectations and commercial targets on a fixed-term basis.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering extra works and minor projects within budgets and programmes.
• Ability to prepare specifications and requirements with clients.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage extra works and minor projects across Siemens Energy UK portfolio.
• Ensure safe, compliant delivery of multi-trade works.
• Maintain profitability and margin in line with contracts.
• Coordinate procurement, budgeting and cash flow with finance teams.
• Manage RAMS, permits to work and site inspections.
