Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Extra Works Manager for a London-based iconic site. You will identify, price, manage and deliver projects outside routine contracts, including minor works, refurbishments and compliance upgrades.

The role offers a competitive £50,000 salary and progression opportunities. Based near Kings Cross, you will lead multi-discipline teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and provide regular progress updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualification.
• Experience delivering mechanical, electrical and fabric projects.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations, health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of extra works projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare project plans, programmes and resource schedules.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues that arise.
• Prepare quotations, estimates and cost proposals.
• Coordinate engineers and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Attend client meetings and site inspections.
• Identify opportunities for additional works and business development.
