Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a project lead for extra works and minor projects across the Siemens Energy UK portfolio. You will coordinate multi-trade works, ensure CDM compliance and safety, and manage budgets and procurement.

You will liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams, lead site activities, and drive on-time handover and invoicing. Experience in large industrial sites and energy-related de-carbonisation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing extra works and minor projects.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and H&S practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple contractors on large sites.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage specifications and requirements for works.
• Follow procurement and finance processes for budget alignment.
• Appoint and manage consultants and sub-contractors; obtain approvals and PO.
• Ensure RAMS and safety compliance; site inspections where required.
• Oversee project progression from input through to handover and invoicing.
