Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a qualified Extra Works Manager to lead and deliver multi-trade extra works across client projects. You will ensure safety, compliance, and profitability while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

Based in the North of England with UK-wide travel, you will oversee budgets, procurement, and the delivery lifecycle from input to invoicing. Relevant electrical qualifications and SMSTS are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant electrical qualifications and experience.
• A valid SMSTS qualification is required.
• Proven experience in managing extra works and minor projects.
• Willingness to travel UK-wide; based in North of England.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage extra works and minor projects across the Siemens Energy UK portfolio.
• Ensure CDM compliance and health and safety adherence on all sites.
• Prepare budgets, manage quotations, approvals and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with client, procurement, finance, and subcontractors to deliver works on time.
