• Proven track record delivering events from planning to execution.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and vendors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety and licensing for large events.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, programming and operational delivery of events across the site.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, staff and volunteers for events.
• Deliver cultural, fundraising, private hire and filming events.
• Manage event budgets, P&Ls and monitor income and expenditure.
• Analyse attendance and financial performance to shape future events.
