GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a Senior Event Manager in Liverpool to own the end-to-end delivery of high-profile events. You will lead from the front, manage budgets and liaise with clients and service partners to ensure exceptional experiences.

You will mentor Event Managers and Assistants, shape resource planning, and uphold safety and quality standards across multiple projects in a dynamic live environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale events from concept to completion.
• Strong leadership and mentoring for Event Managers and Assistants.
• Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and on-site operations under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of events end-to-end, ensuring every detail is covered and executed brilliantly.
• Act as central hub between clients and service partners, maintaining clear, consistent communication.
• Create detailed event plans, schedules and safety documentation to support flawless delivery.
• Take charge on event days, overseeing operations, teams and safety for a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with catering, production, sales and marketing teams to bring events to life.
• Host site visits, client meetings and tastings to understand and exceed expectations.
