Job summary

Liverpool Experience Campus, located on Liverpool's waterfront, is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead end-to-end events with energy and precision. You will drive delivery, build trusted client relationships and manage budgets, logistics and operations across multiple projects in a live environment.

The successful candidate will mentor Event Managers and Assistants, shaping priorities and supporting recruitment and development within a high-performing events team.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver outstanding events from concept to completion, bringing energy, precision and creativity to every stage.
• Lead from the front to ensure seamless event delivery and high standards.
• Build strong, trusted client relationships and be their go-to expert.
• Take control of budgets, logistics and operations across events.
• Thrive in a fast-paced live environment and make confident decisions on event days.
• Mentor and develop Event Managers and Assistants to grow the team.
• Shape priorities and resource planning to balance multiple projects.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance conversations.
