Job summary

Benefact Group in Gloucester is seeking a Lead Enterprise Integration Engineer to shape our integration landscape, driving delivery across Azure, .NET, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform within an API-led ecosystem. The role is a hands-on technical leadership position mentoring teams and bridging strategy, architecture, governance and delivery.

You will guide engineering across governance, architecture and delivery for a diverse tech estate, balancing cloud and on-premises.

Qualifications

• Expert in Enterprise Integrations in Financial Services
• Hands-on governance, architecture, engineering, design and delivery
• Proficient with Azure, .NET, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Strong leadership, collaboration and influencing skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on enterprise integrations across strategy, architecture and delivery
• Assure governance, guardrails, designs, delivery, security, quality and performance
