Job summary

Benefact Group is seeking a Lead Enterprise Integration Engineer to shape our integration landscape from its Gloucester office. This hands-on technical leadership role combines strategy with delivery across Azure, .NET, Dynamics 365 and more, mentoring engineering teams while bridging architecture and governance.

You will lead initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments, balancing legacy systems with new SaaS/PaaS solutions, and drive secure, scalable integration practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Integrations in Financial Services.
• Hands-on governance, architecture, engineering, design and delivery experience.
• Ability to mentor and influence across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on enterprise integrations across strategy, architecture and delivery.
• Ensure governance, guardrails, designs, security, quality and performance.
