Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. seeks an Enterprise Architect in a hybrid role based in Reading. You will oversee the Software Factory architecture within the broader Digital Engineering environment, balancing people, processes and technology, driving governance and secure-by-design practices.

You will guide Product Owners and Delivery Managers, validate stakeholder needs, and pursue reusable architecture patterns across value streams to improve delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• More than 5 years of experience in Enterprise/Business Architecture.
• Industry certifications (e.g. TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, CISSP, ArchiMate).
• Demonstrable interest in IT architecture and software engineering.
• Microsoft Azure certification (Desirable).
• Security clearance (SC) mandatory; DV clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of the Software Factory solution within the Digital Engineering environment.
• Ensure architecture aligns with governance, standards and Secure by Design principles.
• Act as focal point for Software Engineering architecture and provide guidance to Product Owners and Delivery Managers.
• Identify opportunities for architecture reuse across value streams and manage stakeholder expectations.
