Qualifikationen

• Requires City & Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent in electrical or mechanical
• At least 5 years' experience in commercial property maintenance
• Strong M&E knowledge and ability to lead a team

• Oversee a team of M&E engineers across sites
• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, fault finding
• Monitor and operate building management systems and AHUs/FCUs
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure safety and standards
• Maintain site logbooks and client relationships
