Job summary

Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Foot Mobile Engineer to cover sites in the City of London and West End. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of commercial properties and liaise with clients.

The successful candidate will perform PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, ensure statutory compliance, update site logbooks and provide high levels of service on-site.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified in electrical installations or mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial maintenance or related field.
• Apprentice trained is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance in commercial properties.
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively.
• Conducting inspections, testing and compliance checks.
