Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd in London is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a large building services provider at a Westminster site. You will lead a team of M&E engineers, manage PPM and reactive maintenance, and report to the Engineering Manager.

The role is on a continental shift (days and nights) with benefits including private health and dental care, 20 days leave, a company pension, overtime, and opportunities for progression.

Formación

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installations / Engineering.
• Building services maintenance experience.
• Career driven and motivated.
• Polite and personable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of M&E engineers and oversee logbooks.
• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E systems.
• Allocate works, oversee logbooks and report to the Engineering Manager.
• Organise subcontractors and complete RAMS and reports.
• Conduct client meetings and keep the account manager updated.
