Smart invites applications for a Lead Engineer to supervise day-to-day operations on a contract in London Bridge. You’ll manage planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on building systems, ensuring uptime and compliance.

Qualified electrical installers with 17th/18th Edition and NVQ Level 2/3, strong HVAC knowledge, and CAFM experience are encouraged to apply. We offer training, progression, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining humidity & temperature controlled environments.
• General knowledge of Heating & Ventilation / Air Conditioning and building support systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operation of the day shift.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
• Ensure spares are available and provide parts estimates and timescales.
• Address faults to keep plant in serviceable order.
