Dex partners with a pre-seed company building AI risk intelligence for multimodal tender packs. You will join as the hands-on engineering anchor alongside a founding CTO and an AI PhD, owning core probabilistic risk models and production-grade software deployed to live bids.

Qualifications

• Deep full-stack Python experience with production-grade ML pipelines.
• Background in probabilistic modelling or Monte Carlo methods.
• Early-stage startup experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong communication to interface with customers and investors.

Responsibilities

• Build multimodal representation pipelines from tender packs.
• Develop probabilistic risk models and Monte Carlo simulations using historical data.
• Own end-to-end full-stack architecture in Python from data ingestion to UI.
• Drive systems from feasibility on public datasets to live back-testing and deployments.
• Engage with commercial design partners to translate risk workflows into production software.
