Job summary

Dex is building an AI data-integration and analysis platform for enterprise clients, with strict SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR requirements. The role offers a true full-stack ownership across from React/Next.js to Python services and cloud deployments.

You will work directly with the founders, shaping high-impact features, collaborating with product and design, and mentoring the growing team as the company scales. Expect a hands-on, architecture-wide role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end features with React and Next.js.
• Strong backend Python skills with Django or FastAPI.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background workers and Redis-based queues (Celery/RQ) experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship end-to-end features across React/Next.js and Python services.
• Build and optimize background workers and Redis-backed queues.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure planning and CI/CD strategy.
• Collaborate with founders, product and design on high-impact features.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
