Job summary

Dex is partnering with a London-based company rebuilding property investment platforms. We are seeking a full-stack engineer to own features end-to-end, from concept to deployment, with emphasis on AI-driven development and scalable systems.

You'll work across a modern stack (React, Remix, TypeScript on frontend; Golang on backend), shape product direction with design, and integrate AI tooling into daily workflows to create an AI-native engineering practice.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack experience on user-facing products.
• Ability to frame business problems and trade-offs.
• Experience using AI tools in development workflow.
• Mentoring engineers and contributing to team growth.
• Strong testing habits: unit, integration, and end-to-end automation.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of features, from concept to deployment.
