Job summary

Dex is partnering with a fast-growing AI infrastructure company in the UK. The role invites you to own the platform infrastructure, architecting secure, compliant foundations for an enterprise AI product, reporting to founders, and enabling engineers to ship rapidly.

You will manage Kubernetes clusters, Terraform resources, CI/CD, observability, and security audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001). This is a hands-on, high-impact senior position suitable for leaders comfortable with high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in platform, infrastructure or DevOps.
• Experience designing Terraform modules.
• Platform-level GitHub Actions CI/CD experience.
• Strong production observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001 or GDPR processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate Kubernetes clusters and Terraform-managed resources.
• Design platform-level CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for backend, frontend, and data services.
• Drive product-wide observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and on-call processes.
• Prepare infrastructure for critical security audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and manage cloud costs.
• Build robust guardrails and advanced networking solutions (VPCs, VPNs, firewalls).
