S Knights Recruitment seeks a Lead Employability Tutor for Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire. This part-time, office-based role combines hands-on teaching with programme coordination to help learners progress into employment, apprenticeships or further training.

You will deliver high-quality employability training, manage learner progress and ILPs, and collaborate with employers to create progression opportunities while upholding safeguarding and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering government-funded employability programmes.
• Experience as an Employability Tutor or similar role.
• Confident delivering classroom-based training.
• Strong learner engagement, retention and progression skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, Prevent and learner support requirements.
• Experience delivering Construction, Retrofit or Green Skills training, or related programme coordination is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging employability training and confidence-building sessions.
• Coordinate day-to-day programme delivery and track learner progress.
• Manage learner engagement, attendance, retention and progression.
• Support inductions, initial assessments, ILPs and RARPA processes.
• Maintain accurate learner records and programme documentation.
• Develop progression opportunities with employers and partners.
• Support safeguarding and continuous improvement across the programme.
