Job summary
Verelogic is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead installation, testing, and maintenance on large-scale power generation projects. You will supervise electricians, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with engineers and project managers to hit schedules.
The role requires NVQ3 or equivalent, ECS Gold Card, and 18th Edition, with 5+ years in electrical installations and a willingness to travel to site locations across the UK. Self-employed contract with weekly invoicing.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
- ECS Gold Card and 18th Edition compliance.
- Experience with electrical installation and testing.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Proven supervisory experience on large projects.
Responsibilities
- Safety & compliance: enforce PPE, toolbox talks and safety standards.
- Team supervision: lead electricians and technicians, allocate tasks.
- Installation & maintenance: supervise wiring, LV panels, inverters, equipment.
- Project coordination: liaise with managers, engineers, clients; report progress.
- Training & development: mentor junior staff; promote best practices.
- Inventory management: manage materials and procurement for projects.
