Job summary

21° is seeking a Qualified Supervisor Electrician to oversee and perform electrical installations for renewable energy projects, primarily domestic. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across installations such as heat pumps, Solar PV, and EV charging points.

The role includes mentoring junior electricians, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in line with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Qualified Supervisor Electrician with renewable energy experience.
• Experience supervising and mentoring electricians.
• Experience with Solar PV, EV chargers and heat pump installations.
• Knowledge of BS 7671, Building Regulations and NICEIC compliance.
• Full clean UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out high-quality electrical installations and providing supervision to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work on renewable energy and heating installations in domestic settings (Air Source/ Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, EV charging).
• Carry out first and second fix electrical installations and inspect, test and certify.
• Complete Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs).
• Support commissioning and handover of renewable energy systems.
• Mentor and support electricians and apprentices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical regulations and industry standards.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and maintain high service standards.
