Job summary

Powersystems UK Ltd is hiring an Approved Electrician for UK site-based renewable energy projects. You will lead installations, test and inspect systems, and mentor junior staff while supporting the HV team on sizeable scopes.

The role offers strong earnings (OTE up to £65,000), a car allowance or company vehicle, private health insurance, a pension, and ongoing training within an employee-owned company actively delivering UK energy transition projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as an approved electrician.
• JIB approved ECS card.
• Inspection testing qualified (2391 or equivalent).
• Full UK driving license & Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Undertake site installations including Cable & Switchgear Installation, Lighting, Power, and Cable tray/ladders.
• Inspect and test new and existing installations.
• Take the lead electrician role on projects.
• Aid the HV team on larger installations.
• Build strong relationships and mentor less experienced staff.
