Job summary

Equans is seeking a Lead Shift Engineer (Electrical bias) to join our ICR team in Chelsea, London. This full-time role includes participation in an on-call rota and occasional out-of-hours work. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Responsibilities include leading the electrical engineering team, completing fault finding and reactive maintenance, and ensuring statutory compliance. You will also manage client requests and subcontractor activities while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical City and Guilds or equivalent.
• Electrical Inspection and Testing 2391 and BS7671 18th Edition required.
• Experience with electrical building services maintenance and fault finding.
• Able to lead engineers and manage subcontractors while ensuring statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering team and hit maintenance targets.
• Fault finding, diagnosis, repairs and reactive maintenance.
• Maintain electrical systems, site records and safe systems of work.
• Manage client requests, quotations, reports and subcontractor activities.
