Equans in Westminster, London, is seeking a Shift Engineering Supervisor for a full-time role. You will lead a team delivering planned maintenance and reactive works, ensuring timely task completion and adherence to service level agreements while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in building services, electrical infrastructure, HVAC and maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise engineering teams.
• Flexible and able to manage own workload using initiative.
• Full clean driving licence plus ability to gain CTC clearance.
• Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and contract management considerations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of engineers delivering planned maintenance and reactive works.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within service level agreements.
• Maintain high standards of safe working practices and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop effective working relationships and demonstrate strong commercial awareness in line with contract KPIs.
