Job summary

Equans is seeking a Lead Shift Engineer (Electrical bias) to join our ICR team in Chelsea, London. This full-time role includes participation in an on-call rota and occasional out-of-hours work.

You will lead a team of engineers, ensure planned maintenance and statutory compliance, fault-find and repair electrical systems, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors. Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Qualified in Electrical Inspection and Testing 2391 and BS7671 18th Edition.
• Experienced in electrical building services maintenance, fault finding and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering team and achieve maintenance targets.
• Fault finding, diagnosis, repairs and reactive maintenance.
• Maintain electrical systems, statutory compliance, site records and safe systems of work.
• Manage client requests, quotations, reports and subcontractor activities.
