Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading an electrical engineering team in energy/power generation.
- Hands-on engineering leader from concept to manufacturing.
- Ability to collaborate with Project/Functional Managers and Lead Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the electrical engineering team to foster innovation.
- Drive design and development of electrical systems for power generation products.
- Support full product lifecycle from requirements to manufacturing handover.
- Collaborate with suppliers and OEMs to meet performance and cost targets.
- Allocate resources across projects in coordination with managers.
- Lead and participate in design reviews per company processes.
- Develop technical documentation including specs and test plans.
- Prioritise health and safety in product design and team activities.
