Job summary

Equans is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer in Westminster, London. This full-time, site-based role operates on a 4 on 4 off day shift, offering £52,400 salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will deliver preventive and reactive maintenance, act as Electrical Authorised Person, diagnose faults, and support shutdowns with contractors and the wider team. The role requires 18th Edition, City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3, AM1/AM2 and BS7671 expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in planned preventative and reactive maintenance of electrical infrastructure.
• Qualified to the 18th Edition and experienced in inspection and testing.
• City and Guilds or NVQ level, including Level 3 electrical installation engineering.
• Installing and commissioning electrotechnical systems, AM1/AM2 achievement.
• Able to complete repairs, Initial Verification and Periodic Testing per BS7671.

• Diagnose faults, source parts and perform repairs, inspections and testing.
