A leading facilities management company is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Sutton. The role involves working on HVAC equipment and LV systems, with training on medical gases and steam provided. The ideal candidate should have relevant electrical qualifications and experience. Qualifications

• Hold an Electrical C&G or equivalent qualification.
• Possess BS7671 18th Edition certification.
• Have experience with electrical systems in buildings.
• Experience with electrical systems in building services M&E.
• Desirable: Mechanical qualification.
• Desirable: Electrical inspection 2391.
• Desirable: Part 1+2 Electrical Installation.
• Desirable: ECS/CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Work on FM HVAC equipment and LV systems.
• Complete paperwork regarding PPM and reactive works.
• Fault find and rectify Electrical maintenance faults.
• Fault find, diagnose and rectify electrical maintenance faults.
• Undertake electrical testing and inspection of electrical systems.

Skills

Electrical systems experience in buildings services M&E

Ability to read electrical drawings

Education

Overview

Equans is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team working in Sutton on our contract with ICR. This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. There is also an on-call rota and overtime available.

What will you deliver?

• Duties will include working on all standard FM HVAC equipment, all kinds of LV systems, with an addition of Medical gases and steam for which training will be provided
• Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator
• Complete supplementary documentation / E-Forms relating to the maintenance task as dictated by your line manager
• The ability to fault find, diagnose and rectify Electrical maintenance faults
• Undertake electrical test and inspection of electrical systems
