Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Mobile Electrician to service the HMCTS contract. You will be based from Staines County Court, covering sites around Guildford. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Essentially you will perform planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and safety documentation in line with BS7671. A full UK driving licence is required and security vetting may be necessary.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical.
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to fault-find and rectify complex electrical faults.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine PPM on electrical infrastructure and plant per site schedules and CAFM.
• Address and resolve reactive maintenance tasks; identify areas for improvement.
• Remedy plant faults to maintain operational equipment.
• Maintain stock of spares to support maintenance and reactive works.

You will be based from Staines County Court, covering sites across the surrounding area. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week.
