Are you a qualified Electrical Engineer with a passion for leadership and high-quality technical work? We're seeking a driven Electrical Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team at our iconic Birmingham building. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing building services operations while mentoring a growing team of engineers.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

1. Lead your team in delivering exceptional service, ensuring performance standards are met and taking corrective action when needed.
2. Provide first-line management, setting clear team objectives, conducting performance reviews, and supporting individual development.
3. Oversee and deliver PPM for Mechanical & Electrical building services systems, ensuring all work aligns with agreed schedules.
4. Efficiently cost and complete reactive repairs identified during PPM, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
