Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer seeking your next challenge? Our client offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join their team and play a key role in the business. You will lead a small team of electrical technicians while maintaining and developing electrical systems.

Key Tasks:

• Lead maintenance and planned preventative maintenance activities
• Design, specify, and install electrical equipment for projects and upgrades
• Manage and oversee a team of four electrical technicians and contractors
• Act as a Technical Authority on electrical matters, ensuring compliance with ATEX, BS60079, and safety regulations
• Liaise with internal teams and external bodies (HSE, EA, suppliers, contractors)
• Train and develop electrical personnel

Skills and Experience:

• HNC or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Understanding of ATEX and the ability to specify electrical equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks
• A flexible, safety-first approach to work
• Strong leadership skills
