Progressive Global Energy is seeking a Lead Electrical Design Engineer in Clevedon to provide technical leadership across electro-mechanical programs. You will guide a growing team, ensure safe and compliant delivery, and influence design standards throughout the product lifecycle.

The role offers hybrid working, exposure to advanced engineering technologies, and opportunities for career progression within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading engineers, projects or technical work packages.
• Experience supporting sustaining engineering and product lifecycle activities.
• Strong understanding of engineering compliance and safety standards.
• Experience with engineering change, configuration control and technical documentation.
• Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
