Naturally Learning Ltd is seeking a proactive Lead Educator to head the Pre‑School Room. You will guide a space where children thrive and teams grow, with responsibilities spanning daily operations, role modeling, and partnership with families.

As a Room Lead you will champion best practice, meet deadlines, and contribute to a positive nursery culture. The role offers Pay reviews, health benefits, and staff events as part of a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be a Level 3+ qualified educator with passion for leading in a preschool setting.
• Experience in supervising or leading a small team is desirable.
• Strong communication with families and colleagues is essential.
