N Family Club, located in Leatherhead, is seeking an Early Years Educator to inspire learning and support children's development. This full-time permanent position offers a salary between £28,808 and £31,782 annually, depending on experience. Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children, and build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
• Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share ideas

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train further; up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• Genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• Team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with love for customer service
