Job summary

Dynatrace LLC in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced Lead Site Reliability Engineer with deep Dynatrace expertise to join a major technology programme. This role requires ownership of Dynatrace implementation, configuration and ongoing observability in large-scale production environments.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Dynatrace administration, end-to-end observability design, and a strong SRE background, with cloud exposure across AWS/Azure/GCP and containerised environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynatrace implementation and administration experience.
• Experience designing observability/monitoring end-to-end.
• Strong SRE and production engineering background.
• Experience configuring instrumentation, metrics, alerting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in SRE and observability engineering across large-scale environments.
• Own Dynatrace configuration and ongoing production troubleshooting from implementation to runbooks.
• Mentor and support other engineers as a technical SME.
