OnSite is seeking a proactive Drainage CCTV Team Leader to join our field operations in Worcester. You will lead on drainage CCTV surveys, review RAMS, manage assets, and ensure safe practices across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes strong client communication and accurate record-keeping to deliver high-quality drainage services. The ideal candidate has experience in drainage CCTV surveying, excellent safety awareness, and proven leadership to guide a team on busy sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in drainage, CCTV drainage surveying, or a similar operational field role.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, RAMS, dynamic risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
• Confident team leader with the ability to guide and support others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, safely, and professionally on every site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each job by reviewing job packs, RAMS, and checking all equipment and vehicles.
• Lead the crew on-site, carrying out drainage CCTV surveys and manhole inspections to industry standards.
• Complete dynamic risk assessments and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Allocate tasks effectively to maximise productivity and quality.
• Keep accurate records, job sheets, and technical documentation, ensuring data is returned promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and supervisors, reporting progress or issues.
• Ensure every site is left clean, safe, and fully compliant.
