Job summary

FM Conway is seeking an experienced CCTV Rig Leader to head a two-person crew in our Water and Drainage Management division. You will lead daily CCTV surveys of drainage networks, identify defects and report findings to clients, while ensuring safety and quality standards on site.

Ideal candidates hold a CSCS Card, OS19 Certificate and a full UK driving licence, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities. Opportunities for progression exist within FM Conway.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily CCTV drainage operations with a two-person crew.
• Carry out CCTV surveys of drainage networks and identify defects or blockages.
• Analyse findings and produce accurate reports for clients.
• Supervise crew and ensure work meets safety and environmental procedures.
• Maintain records and communicate with supervisors and clients.
